On Creating a Appropriate Culture Environment among Chinese Cargo Airlines

The paper discusses the important role of corporate culture construction for Chinese cargo airlines, and analyses two key aspects about corporate culture construction. One hand is to make the definition exactly for the content of corporate culture, and the other hand is to attach more attention to propagate, encourage, carry out thoroughly. To the eargo airlines, the safety is the most basic guarantee for customers, and the service is the sole product that supplied by them. Finally, how to foster the safe culture and service culture for our cargo airlines are put forward.
