The paper through to the retrospect of the development course of strategic management theory, comb the alternate evolve course of the various theory schools, compare with the main views and applicable conditions of every school, and on the basis of it is analyzed that the change of the environment that enterprise faced, and has carried on the discussion to change direction and develop trend of the corporate management theory ,thinking the more complicated and dynamic developmental environment whom existing enterprise faced has proposed the new challenge to the existing strategic management theory. So, the development of strategic management theory will comply with the trend with more changeable strategic environment in information age, emphasize the matching of strategy and environment dynamically, strategic emphasis, strategic modality, strategic mode (the constitute mode and the control mode) will change, form the Comprehensive School that on the basis of which various strategic theory schools combined.
