The new economic environment provided new developing opportunity for the traditional industry, but also challenged to the finance management. The traditional finance management can not keep up with the step of information ages, the finance management reform cant avoid, in the finance management of knowledge-based economy ages, we must set up the idea of finance risk; establish the network finance management mode.
