Analysis on the Barriers for Establishing Investment Funds in Real Estate Industry

摘要：

Investment funds can effectively stimulate and activate the financial market. This fundralsing approach can promote the development of the real estate industry. This paper looks into a series of existing problems and probes into the bottleneck in the actual operation of investment funds. This thesis reaches a conclusion that investment funds on a large scale would be unable to materialize in a short while.
