Strategy on the Regional Distribution Reconstruction of Urban Credit Cooperatives - A Case of Henan Province

摘要：

This paper takes urban credit cooperatives in Henan Province as an example. On the basis of analyzing the historical changes and current situation of their distribution, it reveals the characteristics of the distribution of urban credit cooperatives, for example, the local, administrative and convergent,non-economic characteristic is much more prominent. The feasible path to regional distribution reconstruction of urban credit cooperatives is to construct a regional shareholding commercial bank in Henan Province.
