Based on Real Options Net Present Value Method and Application

摘要：

The traditional net present value (NPV) method is one of the methods commonly used in the domestic and foreign investment decision-makers. In the new economic environment, its shortcomings are increasingly obvious; it has a direct impact on the results of investment decisions. The based on real options net present value analysis method expands the three dimensional judgment from the traditional two values judgment, and full consideration of management flexibility, enabled the investor effectively to carry on the investment decision-making.
