The Thinking on Using Principle of Factoring to Dispose Personal Collateralized Property

摘要：

Realization of the hypothec of personal collateralized property is very important for commercial banks to ensure their rights. In our country, for commercial bank, there are lots of problems in implementation of the hypothee, such as heavy burden to dispose and cash eollateralized property,value of disposition decreases and so on.The author suggests making use of principle of factoring to dispose and cash personal collateralized property, and hopes to offer some reference for perfecting the implementation of the hypothee.
