Studies on Finance Monitoring of Chinas Listed Companies

摘要：

Corporate governance and finance monitoring are both theoretically and practically important for the enterprises. Studies, in China and overseas, show that the two factors are of vital importance to corporate performances. The article, from the analyses of the twos relationship and in view of the problems with finance monitoring in Chinas listed companies, have proposed the demands for two-layer finance monitoring for corporate governance. Therefore, it will be helpful to the development of finance monitoring system in support of the corporate governance.
