Problems and Countermeasures of State-owned Commercial Banks (SOCBS) Internationalization

摘要：

Bank internationalization has become an important component of SOCBS business strategy,although SOCBS try to promote their internationalization, their still many problems in their internationalization. Based on the analysis of SOCBS internationalization motivation, this paper discusses SOCBS internationalization problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
