THE DESIGN OF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC SORTING DEVICE BASED ON DISTRIBUTED STRUCTURE

摘要：

To improve the efficiency of the sorting machine, a new control system for automatic sorting machinebased on the distributed structure was proposed. All PLC was connected with help of ProfiBus-DP bus, real-time information conversion was realized between the control system and moving car by using a information rail. In order tospeed up data switching between the car and control system, the car was divided into four groups and each of thisgroup hold independent controller. A high efficiency mode of sorting was established under the slow speed. The control systems anti-interference ability is high and its structure is single.
