RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION OF RFID-BASED CONTAINER LOGISTICS INFORMATION PLATFORM
The development of RFID technology makes the logistics field focus on studying how to apply RFID tagto the container surface. In recent years, the container security has received increasing attention from society, a solution to this problem is to raise the visibility of container transport chain and to further enhance and ensure the security of container and the cargo it carried with, which can be realized by constructing a container logistics informationplatform on the basis of RFID technology. Based on a lot of research work, this paper analyzes the change of traditional container logistics process brought by RFID technology, explains why this logistics information platform isunique. This paper also analyzes macro needs of this platform as well as the micro needs-towards the product supplychain-including the upstream and downstream members of a supply chain, and its core enterprise. At last, this paperlaunched a research about how to construct a RFID-based container logistics information platform, including the design of establishing model, network topology map, the system function modules and the database.
