MODEL OF VIRTUAL LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE UNDER COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT OF SUPPLY CHAIN

摘要：

The article analyses the characteristic of supply chain competition environment and the new demand forlogistics ability. At the same time analyses the present situation of logistics enterprise, that is, the little scale, lowdegree of informationization and the fierce competition each other etc. Elaborates the necessary of constructing thevirtual logistics enterprise and its advantage of cultivating logistics enterprise core competitive ability, promotingcompetitive ability and reducing the total cost for its supply chain. On this foundation, the essay puts forward somekinds of major models of virtual enterprise that suit for present situation in order to offer reference for the continuousdevelopment of logistics enterprise under fierce competitive environment.
