STUDY ON NETWORK COOPERATION AMONG PRIVATE EXPRESS ENTERPRISES

Network is the key resource in express delivery industry. This paper focuses on the network cooperationamong private express enterprises in China. In this article, private express enterprises in China are divided into twotypes: enterprises with network and enterprises-without-network. First, the article analyses the status quo of networkcooperation among private express enterprises in our country, and points out the necessity of a further study onnetwork cooperation. Then, it analyses the advantages of network cooperation form the angle of enterprises withnetwork and enterprises without network, and points out the possible risks of network cooperation. Finally, based onthe analysis of advautages and risks, the author brings forward two models of network cooperation, with an eye to thecharacteristics of enterprises with network and enterprises without network. Using the two models, the paper tries thebest to develop the advantages and avoids the risks of network cooperation, and provides theoretical basis fornetwork resources sharing among private express enterprises.
