TWO STRATEGIES OF REVERSE LOGISTICS ABOUT THE WHOLESALER IN SUPPLY CHAIN IN B2B E-COMMERCE

摘要：

The paper studies two strategies of reverse logistics about the wholesaler which in the intermediate link ofsupply chain. In the activity of B2B electronic commerce, wholesaler must deal with reverse logistics caused by theretailers sending back goods (obey Poisson distribution) usually, so the paper sets up the inventory control model ofwholesaler regard its average total stock cost, and discusses two available strategies that wholesaler can choose form.The results of study shows: These two kinds of reverse logistics strategies will part to the wholesaler applicably underdifferent conditions, the wholesaler can judge the rational one and choose according to three theorems that this paperprovides.
