THE STUDY OF LOGISTICS PLANNING TECHNOLOGY FOR TRANSMISSION WORKSHOP BASED ON SIMULATION
Modern production system is a kind of complex discrete manufacturing system. It is hard to obtain the desire effect due to the traditional production design depending on the experiences and manual calculation. The logisticsplanning is related with the machine utilization and the throughput of the production system. The advanced workshoplogistics planning and simulation technology plays an important role in the evaluation of the production characteristics to have got the high efficiency. The SSLP is used to analyze the material flow of the transmission workshop. Thedigital model of the transmission workshop is built and simulated based on FACTORY software. This method is easily used for the optimization and obtained the good layout framework. The results are verified effectively for thetransmission workshop logistics planning.
