RESEARCH ON THE MULTI-PROJECT PRIORITY EVALUATION METHOD OF PORT MACHINERY ENTERPRISES
Nowadays port machinery enterprises are facing such a market environment that consumers requirementsfor products are more diversifying and their requirement for delivery time is becoming higher and higher. The productsof port machinery enterprises are mostly manufactured in single piece or in small amount and made to order, so theprocess of each product can be considered as a single project. In reality, two or more manufacture projects are oftenundertaken at the same period of time in a port machinery enterprise. Usually, a port machinery enterprise is faced withthe constraint conditions of resources and production capability, so it has to make a choice of multi-project priority.This paper analyzes the market conditions which the port machinery enterprises are confronted with and expatiatesupon the practical significance of multi-project priority evaluation firstly. Then the paper analyzes the various factorsaffecting the project priority according to the characteristics of port machinery manufacture. Next the weights of thesefactors are determined through analytic hierarchy process and the multi-project priority valuation model is establishedby using a fuzzy evaluation method. At last, an example shows that the way is feasible and scientific.
