STUDY ON PRE-EVALUATION OF BASIC CONSULTATION FOR CIMS PROJECT IN CHINESE MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

The manufacturing industry plays an important role in the national economy. It is an effective way thatChinese traditional manufacturing enterprises are equipped and reformed by AMT like CIMS to propel technologyinnovation and improve market competitive ability of Chinese manufacturing industries. In allusion to the CIMSimplementation situation of Chinese manufacturers nowadays, this thesis chose and surveyed 72 enterprises havingimplemented CIMS to draw comprehensive analysis conclusions. It has made the Pre-EBC (Pre-Evaluation of Basicconditions) model for the enterprises that prepare to implement CIMS project. According to the comprehensiveinvestigation to the sample enterprises having carried out CIMS projeet, it made the accurate categorization andPre-EBC and decided whether the enterprise is worth of carrying out CIMS project with existing conditions.
