TQM APPLIED IN COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS

摘要：

Cold chain logistics and its quality control greatly influences peoples life. As a systematic science ofmodem quality management, TQM encourages the involvement of all staff of the business in order to satisfycustomers. The theory of TQM, quality waving, and the PDCA cycle are discussed, and its application in cold chainis investigate.
