THE DECISION-MAKING MODEL OF INVENTORY UNREPAIRABLE SPARE PARTS ON UNCERTAINTY ENVIRONMENT

Aviation spare parts is one of the important resources of air material maintenance. During the process ofspare parts support, however, there are a variety of uncertainties which makes its decision-making and managementrather difficult. Based on the random traits in requirement and inventory of the spare parts, Sequence OperationTheory is used to depict the dynamic process of the requirement and support.Then the spare part fulfillment ratio wasproposed by the expected value theory of probabilistic sequences, upon which the decision-making model wasestablished. And lastly, with the help of a numerical example we show how to use the model to make a decision.
