STUDY ON INTEGRATED MODEL OF ENERGY SUPPLY CHAIN ON THE BASIS OF ENERGY USE EFFICIENCY—TAKE HIGH ENERGY ENTERPRISE A Co., LTD. FOR AN EXAMPLE

Energy is an important factor to maintain national security and socio-economic development. So the Improvement of the energy use efficiency is not only important to the countrys sustainable development, but also vitalto the survival of high energy-consuming enterprise. While investigation and research on the methods of improvingenergy use efficiency becomes the main purpose for high energy enterprises in reducing production costs and turnedinto their inevitable choice. Taking the consortium cooperation of aluminum and electricity as an example, usingtwelve months data in 2007 of energy input and products output, make a production function analysis in energy utilization efficiency, then converted to multiple regression analysis, with the result that the weight of the diesel fuel isthe biggest among all the energy. So the leader should pay close attention to the status of the diesel fuel use. However,how to reduce and avoid the useless expenditure of the energy, especially the diesel fuel, becomes the main aim forthe article, their methods include raising the level of production technology, using energy-saving equipments, in addition to strengthening energy supply chain management, etc. While the best mode in lowering useless energy consumption and maximizing the efficiency of energy use is the integrated model of energy supply chain. That is: inprocurement aspect, carry out a supply chain management model based on supplier management; in processes aspect,establish a supply chain management model based on controlling production cost; in recycling and reusing aspects,establish a green supply chain management model. Above of all are not independent or separate operation, butcross-cutting and affect each other, therefore there should be at a higher angle, a broader vision to take into consideration the improvement of energy efficiency wholly.
