A POLICY ANALYSIS FRAMEWORK FOR WASTE REVERSE LOGISTICS
Along with increasing of market pressure on environmental issues and enhancing of environmental standards, enterprises are facing more uncertainty and risks about environment protection. To control these risks, theyneed to manage their supply chain all through product life cycle and build waste reverse logistics management system.This paper presents a policy analysis framework which answer questions with respect to reverse logistics: Why? Who?and How? (Why there are reverse flows? Who is executing and managing the reverse operations? How wastes beingrecovered and the responsibilities and profits being distributed in relevant stakeholders? ) The paper is organized asfollows. First, a short review will be provided about the literature contributing to structure reverse logistics. After thata policy analysis framework of reverse logistics will be explained. In the third section, electronic waste reverse logistics in China will be discussed as applying the framework.
