RESEARCH ON THE STRATEGY OF CELL PHONE RETURNED LOGISTICS
Cell phone technology developed rapidly. Cell phone growth continues to accelerate around the world. Restricted by Government Legislation and the Environmental Awareness of Citizens, cell phone recovery become important to use resources effectively, protect environment, promote sustainable economic development and make thecompany develop healthily. The paper analyzes the current situation of cell phone development, the drive factor (environment, economy and law) of cell phone returned logistics and the value composition of the cell phone product.Strategy of component reuse, material recycle and obsolescence disposal are conducted by economic analysis. So thatenterprise can capture revenue from cell phone returned logistics. Based on this, the paper analyzes one type of cellphone for manufacturing decision making.
