Preparation and Properties of Flammulina Velutiper-Metal complex Films and Flammulina Velutiper-Celery -Metal Complex Films

摘要：

Various kinds of biodegradable polymers have been researched. In our previous papers,vegetable -metal complex films and cereal-metal complex films have been researched.Recently, a mushroom, flammulina velutiper (FV) -metal complex films and FV-celery-metal complex films have been researched.Flammulina velutiper (FV) is also called golden mushroom. It contains water, cellulose, protein,carbohydrate and a small amount of fat, vitamin and mineral elements. The celery also contains these components, but the contents are somewhat different. The metal chlorides used are CuCl2, FeCl3 and CaCl2.
