Low-k Polybenzoxazoles for High Technology Applications

摘要：

Aromatic polybenzoxazoles (PBO) are a class of aromatic heterocyclic polymers that have excellent thermal stability, high mechanical properties, and good chemical resistance. Fluorinated polybenzoxazoles (FPBOs) have attracted much attention in the last decades owing to their good combined properties, especially, the low dieleetire constant and low water absroption. Recently, fluorinated polybenzoxazoles have been utilized to photosensitive polymers.
