Organosoluble and Low-k Polyimides for High Technology Applications

摘要：

Fluorinated polyimides (FPls) have attracted much attention in the last decades owing to their good combined properties, which made them good candidates as insulating or protective coatings for many other high-tech fields. Recently, considerable efforts have been made to meet the requirements for fluorinated polyimides by further decreasing dielectric constant and dissipation factor, lowering moisture adsorption and improving process performance.
