Study on Damage Diagnosis of Concrete Structure after Fire by Rebound & Impulse-Echo Combined Method
Damage diagnosis of concrete structure is the most important method for comprehensive damage assessment of construction structure after fire. The superficial damage degree of concrete structures after fire could be detected with the rebound method. The damage depth of concrete structures could be measured with the impulse-echo method. Based on the character of wavelet transform theory, the collected impulse-echo signal was analyzed with wavelet transform, and the characteristic information of damage depth could be picked out easily. Because of using the above two kinds of non-destructive detection method, the rebound&impulse-echo combined method may supplement the insufficiency of single detection method, and it has small error and high testing precision. The damage degree of concrete structures after fire can be diagnosed accurately, fleetly and exactly with the rebound impulse-echo combined method.
