Study on Construction and Development of Dalian Bonded Seaport District

摘要：

In recent years,the government has been attaching importance to soft environment of port city,surrounding the Bonded Zone,Integration and Bonded Seaport District,the gradually advancing trend is very obvious.From December 2005,China has granted Shanghai,Tianjin,Dalian and Hainan Yangpu Bonded Seaport District function,which has aroused extensive attention at home and abroad industry.It should be said that Bonded Seaport District is still a novelty in China.Its meaning and function,how to build and improve Dalian Bonded Seaport District,and so on,are need to be clarified in our development process.In this paper,analyzing the function of Bonded Zone,Integration,Bonded Seaport District and free port,with practice of the Dalian international shipping centre,gives some proposals for Dalian Bonded Seaport District construction and development.
