TNCsR & D Investment in Zhejiang--the Status and Countermeasures

Recently,Transnational Corporations(TNCs) R&D investment in Zhejiang has accelerated quickly.This article analyzes the status and characteristics of the TNCsR&D investment in Zhejiang.It is found that TNCsR&D activities have positive influence as the demonstration effect,the competition effect,and the technology spill-over effect and so on.The article also analyzes the gaps of Zhejiang compared with Shanghai,Jiangsu in attracting foreign R&D investment Furthermore,it also proposes some countermeasures for Zhejiang to attract TNCsR&D centers.
