Set up Industry Ecosystem Civilization and Promote Sustainable Development of Industrial Economy

摘要：

The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the principle of ecosystem civilization construction for the very first time,which put environmental protection on the top agenda.Ecosystem is a new industry mode that the mankind constructs harmony between economy and nature,and carries out a virtuous cycle.It is a higher level of industry development.Industry ecosystem,as a practical means to obtain sustainable development,aim to initiate a kind of new and integral cycle mode,namely economic system and environment system have high unity,and the constitutes of the two systems are inseparable from each other.Each industry ecosystem,through constant improvement of their diversity,promotes steady development and finds a road of development,which is free from pollution,low in cost of resources and recycling.
