摘要：

Establishing Eco-Industrial Park is an important way to achieve the development of the cycle economics.With the theory of cycle economieswide spread,Eco-Industrial Park planning is being carried out in all parts of China.Based on the research of Eco-Industrial Park in and out of China,the article points out the problems in Eco-Industrial Park planning in our China and provides the solution of these problems.Hope its valuable to the plan of Eco-Industrial Park in country.
