Discussion on the Ecological Effect of Industrial Agglomeration and Its Cultivation

摘要：

In the process of industrialization,the problem of external non-economy of industrial agglomeration comes to be more and more serious,the traditional concept about the composition of industrial agglomeration effect should be corrected,that is,the ecological effect of industrial agglomeration ought to be added into.With this view,the concept,meaning and feasibility of the ecological effect of industrial agglomeration are discussed.Furthermore,the cultivating paths and mechanism of it are discussed.
