摘要：

University Science Park is not only the main strength which pushes forward the technology progress and constructs a creative nation,but also a erucial carrierwhich exerts the research and social service function of university．This text begins from the analysis of the functions and effects of the University Science Park,combining with the present problem existing in construction and management in the University Science Park in our country,and then,gives some suggestions to perfect the mechanism of the University Science Parks construction in the policy level．Authors Brief
