Preliminary Study on Ecological Construction Strategy in Rural Industrial Park- Case from Haibei Town, Lutai Economic Development Zone

摘要：

This paper exams the environmental problems that happened in the developing process of small town industrial parks in Hebei Province,gives an example of the condition of the Haibei town,and combines the local characteristics to study from aspects such as the general layout,environmental landscape design,plant configuration,ecological construction and management; then proposes an ecological construction strategy that aims at creating a naturally sustainable environment and industrially economic environment,and explores a way suitable for advancing the ecological construction of small town industrial parks in Hebei province.
