Study on the Ecological Mechanism of Growth of SMEs
The growth of SMEs will be directly related to the sustained development of Chinas economy.In China,it has become a strong wave to encourage the development of SMEs.Therefore,the research on the growth of SMEs has become a focus in economic field.Many scholars at home and abroad have done a great deal of theoretical research on it and produced many valuable results.Howerer,such research have many limitations.They did not reveal the nature and internal drive mechanism of growth of enterprises.The purpose of the paper is to address this deficit.In this paper,from,the enterprise ecological perspective,the authors try to reveal the nature of growth of SMEs and the main factors of affecting SMEs growth by adopting the methods of empirical analysis and a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Based on it,the authors pat forward some suggestions of promoting SMEs growth.The aim of the paper is to provide some inspiration for the future development of Chinas SMEs.
