Ensure Listed Company Grows in Sustain when its Asset Re-organization

摘要：

This paper looks back on the asset reorganization and its development course in our country,summarizes each stages characteristics of the reorganization,introduces the operation moans of the listed companiesasset reorganization,and discusses the issues on how to promote the performance of asset reorganization by means of the cases.In the end this paper puts forward some corresponding advices and measures to the future development of asset reorganization.
