Research of Supervision and Control of Listed Company

摘要：

Recently with the further development of stock firms and ceaseless perfectness of function of securities business, the marked achievement has been obtained in the development of China listed firms, at the same time some issues are discovered. It has become the focus problem for the whole society attention that strengthening the supervision of listed corporations and increasing its quality. The relative countermeasure has been put forward against the issues of listed firms in this paper.
