The Study of Internal Files Analysis to Regional Institutional Transition
There is none of good standard measuring of appraisal of regional institutional transition so far,although the research of appraises has been applied for many years．This text has put forward a new method to appraise the regional institutional transition in the interior,it combines micro-analysis with the macroscopic analysis，through the information analyzing of files of SASA in a period of time，it can find out the emphases points and focus of SASA works，it can also verify the ability of administration of SASA better and the regional institution changes better in the selected region．
