Advantage of Factor Endowment and Characteristic Economy:Empirical Research of Enshi Prefecture

摘要：

Enshi Prefecture derived from Ba State of Warring States Period two thousands years ago．To upgrade regional industry and accelerate the development rate of economics，Enshi Prefecture needs to optimize the configuration of the resources and develop the characteristic economy．Combined practice with the theories of advantage，factor endowment and scale economy,this paper analyzed the history and actuality,advantage and problems of Enshi Prefecture．To get a rapid,constant and harmonious development of economy,it gave relevant model and suggestions at last from the factors of agricultural byproducts processing，culture，tourism,and management innovation．
