Study on Strategic Alliance of Construction Corporations
Strategic alliance,acting as Consortium Contract during the tender procedure,is an important operation type for construction corporations to strengthen its competitive advantage.Based on the relationship of dialectical unification between the competition and the cooperatiom this operation type was discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of its were summarized as well as the necessary conditions for constructing faithful pattern,and then the practical project operated in this way was presented to show its application.
