Conduct Management System for Developing Tourism in Enshi Region,Hubei Province

摘要：

This paper intends to study the conduct management system for developing tourism in Enshi region of Hubei province,which is a depressed area but is rich in its natural tourism resources.After studying the measures of constructing the management system,the author thinks that tourism administration of the counties in Enshi should perfect its function,tourism management committee of county level and provisional tourism management committee of town level should be formed,tourism management company should be built and necessary amendments should be made to the rules and regulations of all tourism levels.
