The Researches on Non-Profit Organizations Internal Controlling

摘要：

Non-profit Organization can effectively make up market failure and government failure.It provides a eomplernentary effect of the government and the market.It is good at carrying on many social missions and solving problems of market to some extent.In recent years,NPO has developed quickly and it becomes more and more important to our daily life.Therefore,there is an emergent need to research on NPO,especially,on its management.And this research is focused on NPOs internal controlling in China.In this article,the problems that NPOs face in China are analyzed.To solve these problems,internal controlling in NPO is considered.
