Decision-Making Model of Manufacturers Production and Delivery based on MTO and QR

The individuality of customers demand and the unceasingly shortening of the production cycle force more and more manufacturers adopt management strategies based on orders,and speed up responding to the demands of customer.The costs of the manufacturers produce and delivery with delivery time requests are analyzed.Considering customers products order lead-time,manufacturers original material purchase lead-time and the quick response method of producing going together with delivery,the calculate formulas of the products storing cost of the manufactory and the delaying cost of delivery is deduced,and no-linear programming model about the total costs of the minimum production,storing,delaying of delivery and products transporting is obtained.This model not only can optimize the arrangement of orders between different modes of production,but also can decide loading quantity under the situation of producing together with delivery.It carried out the minimum total cost of order production and delivery.Finally,an example is presented to illustrate the application of the models.
