A study of Lump-sum Contracting in Railway Construction Project

摘要：

The lump-sum contracting is a new mode that applies lump-sum contracting to railway construction project.The mode can accelerate technology advancement,and is helpful to carry out scientific management,reduce management cost,achieve scale efficiency,and enhance international competition of enterprises in our country.The above characters will be advantageous to contractors.This essay will firstly start with the definition of lump-sum contracting in railway construction project,and then analyze its characters and the importance,lastly put forward reasonable proposals aiming at the problems existed in the application of this mode.
