About Consolidation of Public Forces in Development of National Hydrogen Economy

摘要：

Consolidation of different public forces that already participating or potentially interested in this process appears most important factor in development of national hydrogen economy. Among these forces there are scientific community, business oriented on high technologies, politicians and officials convinced that long-term perspectives of the country and the world are directly associated with hydrogen technologies.
