Effect of Physical Characteristics of Platinum Powder on TCR of Thick-Film Platinum Resistance Temperature Sensitive ements
The physical characteristics of three different platinum powders were measured and theirmorphologies were studied, therefore, the cause of changing TCR value was explained. The resultantshave showed that the predicted platinum powder of manufacturing platinum resistance temperature sensitive elements characterized by TCR 3850 possesses following properties: the particle size ranges is 0.1 ~0.6靘, the specific surface is 1.45mZ/g, the apparent density is 0.85g/cm3, the surface is smooth and approximately sphere.
