Dear Colleagues! There is such an intensive exchange of information on the subjects of the Xian Conference today in Russia, that even students are aware of the Russian-Chinese relations in this field of science and production. For example, the students of the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation have launched a website about the Conference and write that the homeland of the Conference is Russia (Moscow is the mother, and Berlin is the father).
