Control on Oxide and Nitride Inclusion of Cold-rolled Low Carbon Thin Plate Steel in HanSteel

摘要：

It is of high cleanliness on steel for cold-roll low carbon thin plate besides favorable surface quality and ascendant impact property, and control on oxide and nitride inclusion is the key. Taking actions such as improve the bottom blowing effect, optimize the refining slag by premelted slag infiltration to reducing the refining time, and avoid secondary oxidation, it is efficiently reduce the oxygen and nitrogen content to 30ppm and 40ppm for the cold-rolled low carbon Thin Plate steel.
