Practicing on Producing Hot-Rolled Strip SPHE for Cold Rolling Deep-drawn Steel by HMPT-BOF-RH-CSP in LY Steel
CSP is the characteristics of high cooling rate and fine precipitated particles of second phase particles, and suitable to produce high strength strip steel. It is a real challenge to produce cold-rolling baseplate of SPHE deep-drawn grade by using CSP technology. This article briefly introduced the chemical and physical metallurgy processes of producing cold-rolling baseplate of SPHE deep drawn grade by HMPT-BOF-RH-CSP technology in LY steel, and then emphatically analyzed the influence of compositions control and technology control to the property of cold-rolling deep-drawn baseplate SPHE, finally discussed the influence of steel cleanliness, namely inclusions to the property of deep drawn steel. The results showed: (1) the main chemical components of SPHE were C≦40PPm,Si≦0.01%;M≦20PPm,O≦25PPm;(3)the main performance of the cold-rolled stamping using stellproduced by SPHE are transverse directionRp0.2=167MPa,Rm=298MPa,n=0.219 r=2.46,and vertical direction Rp0.2=166Mpa,Rm=298MPa,n=0.226,r=2.39,45° dirction Rp0.2=171Mpa,Rm=308MPA,n=0.214,r=2.26
