Development of Production Technology of Clean Steel in AnSteel

摘要：

The clean steel definition and the technique of production are discussed in this article, and the AnSteel own process characteristic, the equipment condition, the product structure, productivity and the control technology are introduced and following conclusions are obtained: (1) 5 main elements and the total oxygen all may be controlled below 30ppm in clean steel production in AnSteel, and the individual element may be controlled below 10ppm; (2) inclusion may be controlled below 20μm and be controlled below 5μm in certain steel grade.
