Sub-Structure Pseudo Dynamic Tests on Steel Frames with Soil-Structure Interaction Effects
In this paper,to evaluate the effect of the interaction of the ground and the structure the sub-structure pseudo-dynamic test system is developed. From the pseudo-dynamic tests performed,the applicability of sub-structuring techniques to the earthquake response simulation of fixed base SDOF system and sway vibration SDOF system is demonstrated. And also,obtained test results are examined by comparing it with the analysis results.
